I have purchased a weight loss product from the SWISS FRANCE HEALTH NATURA (P) Ltd. they regularly advertising about their products on the newspaper and the magazine all over the india in a large scale that's why i believe them and purchase the weight loss medicine from them through online. after using the medicine as per their guideline but nothing happened the claimed that i will loose at least 1 kg a day but i am not loosing even 100gms ofter using full course. i am coating herewith what they say in their ads about refund money if medicine not worked

The company has a money back policy if the weight does not reduce but in my case the co. said that we cannot give you money back as you had not taken the medicine properly. I've been seeing the Lida ads in the paper the past few months and finally got tempted to try it recently. The website make tall claims of people losing 5-7 kgs a weeks etc but I've been having it for a week now and there has been no effect.
I feel cheated especially since they don't come cheap either, a months supply cost Rs.3500! Strongly recommend that nobody should fall for this scam!

I used Lipozene, this product is awful and I had trouble with terrible side effects, and with absolutely NO measurable Results.When i tried to get my 30 day guaranteed money back, they totally LIED and even though they acknowledged getting the return many weeks ago, they refuse to issue a refund, or communicate further, because they know they are wrong.
I have disputed the transaction with the credit card company and they can deal with them now.
